Founded on strong family values, Creed Foodservice began its journey in 1972 with the opening of the first Linbar supermarket. Recognising an opportunity to supply local caterers in the Cotswolds, the Creed family established Creed Catering Supplies, marking their transition into the foodservice industry.
In 1989, the family sold the retail supermarkets and purchased their first dedicated foodservice warehouse in Cheltenham. This pivotal move led to the launch of Creed Foodservice, focusing on supplying caterers with an extensive range of frozen, ambient, chilled and non-food products.
In 2024, Creed Foodservice joined the Kitwave Wholesale Group, leading their foodservice division while continuing to support mutual growth. Despite this milestone, Creed retains family ties, with Chris Creed as Chairman and remain proud members of the Country Range Group.
Today, we remain committed to our founding values, offering exceptional products and services to caterers nationwide.
