The Food Innovation centre

Our state-of-the-art Food Innovation Centre in Cheltenham supports customers with:
Menu and Recipe Development, Customer Training, Meeting Space, Product Taste Testing, Food Photography (using Apic Base technology) The centre is available for use independently or with our Executive Development Chef, offering tailored support to refine recipes, train teams, and inspire innovation.

The Hub is our coffee shop-style kitchen located in High Wycombe, designed to serve customers in the South East. Offering the same functionalities as our Food Innovation Centre, The Hub combines practical resources with a stylish café-inspired atmosphere, making it an ideal space for menu development, product testing, and training sessions.

The Lodge, located next to The Creed Barn, is a picturesque indoor/outdoor meeting space ideal for customer meetings and dining experiences. With seamless access to outdoor cooking equipment, The Lodge provides a unique, tranquil setting for collaboration and creativity, offering a refreshing escape from the busy workplace environment.

The Barn is a stunning rustic meeting space nestled in the Gloucestershire countryside, featuring a large open-fire pizza oven and outdoor cooking facilities. Ideal for spring and summer customer meetings or development sessions, The Barn offers a unique, inspiring setting to collaborate, create, and enjoy the best of outdoor dining experiences.

As proud members of the Country Range Group, we have access to their excellent facilities in the North of England, including a fully-equipped development kitchen. This allows us to deliver the same high-quality customer experiences as at our Food Innovation Centre, offering menu development, product testing, and training sessions, all conveniently located to better serve our Northern customer base.
