During the mobilisation of the group, all sites visited Creed’s Innovation Kitchen for a tour of the facilities to see the quality of the goods that would be provided. The online ordering system is easy to use and provides invoice and delivery tracking data as well as a portal to place orders. Weekly communication with up-to-date topics to all sites contains useful information that homes can use and develop. Our account manager is always on hand to address any queries or concerns. We'll shortly be using the Saffron recipe, allergen, nutritional and costing software for our menus which will help streamline the processes to support all chefs and catering managers with managing their catering operation.”

“The Kitchen ‘72 marinated meat range has been a fantastic addition to our menu. Creed worked with us to create Armchair Travel which has really livened up meal-times within our homes. Using the marinade flavours we theme the entire meal around a certain country – for example, using the Tex Mex flavour to travel to Mexico! The Development Chefs supported with menu ideas – chicken fajitas, quesadilla, empanadas - but the Creed team didn’t stop there, they even provided a sensory box so our residents could really travel to the chosen destination. Filled with a range of items that evoke memories through touch, smell, and sound, our residents really look forward to their themed evenings.”

Our residents aren’t just with us for a meal every now and again, they are here for main meals three times a day, seven days a week.
